We offer maintenance and support services well in excess of industry standards to ensure our clients get the customer support they deserve long after the initial build and launch phases conclude. Our clients enjoy 48 hour response for routine maintenance requests and same day response in the case of emergencies.
While all of our websites are built to ensure clients can manage the day to day content updates of their own website, periodically content management systems require security updates, system upgrades, version upgrades and other general service maintenance. Some of our clients are too busy or do not have the in-house resources to maintain day to day content updates. We realize that with maintenance and post launch services, one size does not fit all which is why we provide an a la carte service and maintenance model.
We are confident that our approach will suit your unique maintenance needs. Once we've received your maintenance request, it is automatically entered into our queue in the order it was received and assigned to one of our dedicated maintenance staff. With each request, our goal is to deliver 48 hour response for routine maintenance, and same day response in the case of emergencies.
